KSAs are more than skills. Confidence, risk-taking, learning from failure — all of it belongs in the picture. A transcript captures what you finished; KSAWorks captures who you became.
Enrich, don’t replace
KSA is connective tissue, not a rip-and-replace. It enriches the environments already in place and links the bridges between them — never forcing change on the institutions, employers, and states that own them.

The portal is open for discovery. Features that need a profile use Google sign-in through Firebase; your identity is never shared across platforms without your explicit action.
KSAWorks is a product of AcademyOne, Inc. Content, pathways, and policy language reflect the current working state of the platform and will be refined through ongoing governance and user validation.
